on this page, you will find the information on all the services offered at the “Podere La Villetta” Farm House. This information will allow you to use all our different services to have an enjoyable stay. Cristina will be your person of reference for whatever problem that you may encounter during your stay, for any questions on the offered services at your disposition, and also for any touristic information that you may want to know about the surrounding areas and its events. ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

The guests are kindly asked to communicate their approximate time of arrival to the Direction. 

In the event of an unexpected delay of arrival, the guests can contact Cristina at the hotel number +39 0575 836580 or on her mobile number +39 339 3600245 to inform her of the delays or to get information on how to get to the Agriturismo (farm house). 

On arrival each guest should go to Cristina and give her a valid document of identification so she can fill in the forms required by administrative law.

BEHAVIOR RULES

Breakfast:
A Buffet Breakfast is served in the kitchen on the first floor and in the small room near the pool from 8:00AM to 10:00AM. 

Room Cleaning:
The bathroom towels and the bed sheets are changed once a week. 
However, it is possible to ask for an extra set of towels or an extra room cleaning at the guest’s charges. 
The bathrooms are equipped of a courtesy set and a hair drier. 

Volume of the Television:
It is kindly ask to our guest to keep the volume of the television or any other musical devices at a level respecting the quietness and the harmony of the environment, above all during the resting or sleeping hours from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 9:00. 

Internet:
It is possible to connect to internet in the pool and garden areas, and in the kitchen . The WI-FI is free. Ask Cristina for the password! 

Pool:
The use of the pool if free and reserved to the Agriturismo’s guests. Before entering the pool area, please read the behavior rules for that specific area. 
The pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September and it is possible to access the area from 9:00 to 20:00. 
There is no lifeguard on premises. 
Eating and drinking is forbidden around the pool, as is bringing bottles and glasses in the pool itself. 
The front desk provides the bathing towels.

Theft and Loss:
The Agriturismo is not responsible for the stolen or lost unattended objects inside its premises. 

Parking:
The parking has 3 covered parking lots. It is not guarded thus, to avoid all risks and assure security, we recommend to lock your doors at all times. 

Four legged guests:
Small or media sized domestic animals are always welcome in our Agriturismo, but they are not allowed to mount on the sofas/couch nor in the bed. Respecting the Hygienic and sanitary rules, other guests and for all’s security, the pool area is forbidden to animals and it is ask that, when out of the room, the animals must be hold in leash. 

Smoking:
It is severely forbidden to smoke inside the bed rooms . 

Differentiated collect of garbage:
The Agriturismo collects the garbage separately depending on their type. We kindly ask our guest to use the appropriate containers that will be indicated to you by Cristina. 
The containers for glass and damp are at the end of our private street. 

External Heating equipment and fire:
It is forbidden to use extra heating equipment or to start a fire in the rooms. 

Heating:
The heating is centralized and set at an ideal temperature declared by the current norms. However it is possible to change the temperature turning the thermostat’s button in each Suite. 
To avoid excess in the consumption of energy and for a better use of the heating systems, we ask our guests to pay attention to the doors and windows, making sure they are properly closed when the heating is on. 

Kitchen and Dishes:
Our guests are welcome to use the kitchen but are kindly asked to inform Cristina. The cleaning of the kitcken after usage is the guest’s responsibility. 
We ask our guests not to leave any dishes outside the kitchen and to bring them back clean. 

Laundry:
Washing machines and drying racks are at the disposition of our guests as well as iron and ironing tables.

Reporting accidental breaking:
We kindly ask our guests to inform Cristina of eventual accidental breaking of any objects during the stay. 

Reporting damages or inconveniences:
It would be much appreciated if our guests could inform us of any damages or inconveniences encountered during the stay. This will allow us to improve our services. 

For everybody’s respect: 
  • We invite our guests to adopt a respectful behavior regarding the peacefulness and the relaxation of the other guests, especially during the resting and sleeping hours. 
  • Each guest has the responsibility to respect the environment of the Agriturismo, including the facilities to the furniture.
  • It is forbidden to bring inside the Agriturismo’s premises, outside guest that have not been previously authorized. 
  • We ask each guest to respect the environmental nature and animals and to reduce wastes. 
  • Children inside the Agriturismo must at all time be accompanied of a responsible adult. The Direction is not responsible for any accident that may happen to children left without surveillance. 
  • The Direction reserves the right to ask a monetary compensation for any damages done to any animal, plant, object furniture or facility. 

CONTRACT CONDITIONS

Booking and confirmation:
The bookings can be made by phone or by mail. Once we have verified the room’s availability, we assure a response within 24 hours of the request. 
The booking will be confirmed at the reception of a wire transfer equal to 50% of the total price of the booking. 

Check-IN:
You can check-in between 15:00 and 19:00 on the day of arrival. 
In the eventuality of a delay of arrival, we kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance. 
It is necessary to have in your possession valid identity documents. 
After 24 hours of delay after your expected arrival time, if no communication has been done, The Direction will freely have the right to cancel the whole booking. 

Check-OUT:
Before 10:00AM the departure day morning
We gently ask our guests not to leave any food or beverages in the room. 
In the case of the necessity to keep the room a little longer, we ask our guests to communicate it to us in advance to ensure a correct carry out of our activities. 
Leaving earlier does not allow any reimbursement. 

Payment:
The due balance for the stay will be paid on the departure day. 
We accept the following payment methods: cash, bank cards and credit cards. 

Stay taxes:
The municipality has not established a city tax for hospitality stays. 

Cancellation:
The booking cancellation must be sent by mail.

Cancellation policy:
 Cancelled bookings have the following penalty rules: 

a) 30 days before the ecpected arrival date, there will be no applicable penalty. 
b) Between the 29th and 15th day before the expected arrival , 50% of the deposit will be requested. 
c) From the 14th day before the expected arrival, the entire deposit will be hold.
