"La Villetta" Holiday Farm is located in Lucignano (414 m above sea level) in an area between Tuscany and Umbria, it is easy to be reached since it is positioned near A1 motorway.

This small old village is known as a gem of Chiana Valley and it is also famous as a beautiful example of medieval town planning due to its elliptic shape.

It has also gained the orange Italian Touring Club's banner as identification of an area with high environmental as well as tourist quality.

Its lucky geographic position allows it to be in the middle of a territory which is directly linked up with very interesting historic and artistic places, such as Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. You only need to walk for 500 metres to reach the village, where you can find all indispensable services (chemist's, newspaper kiosk, post office, bank, food and clothes shops, a lot of restaurants, pizza restaurants and coffee bars). Moreover, the holiday farm is just a few steps from Chiana Valley Outlet Village and the several outlets existing in Tuscany, where you can buy the most famous Italian fashionable designer articles at reasonable prices.

Over one year, there are many cultural initiatives in Lucignano: among them there are the "Maggiolata" (floral village fair being held in the week between the last two Sundays of May) and "Past memories" (last week of September).
